Latest information from ESMA on the Legal Entity Identifier

16.01.2014: In its letter dated 22 October 2013, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) provides information on the current status of the Legal Entity Identifier and states that a Pre-LEI issued by approved Pre-LOUs (Local Operating Units) of the Global Legal Entity Identifier System will be valid for the future identification of market transactions.
